INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are located outside the USA and you place an order for our DVDs, know that you are responsible for any import/customs taxes/fees that could be charged to you when the package arrives in your country.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Please be very clear and correct when entering your address, city, postal/zip code, apartment number etc..
If you make a mistake Just Planes will not be responsible for your package not arriving.
More than likely the package will be returned to us and we will re-ship it to you after payment of a new shipping charge.
When using UPS, a fee is charged by UPS to correct and re-deliver your package,
the fee (likely $6) will be charged to you
Shipping is FREE for orders $100.00 and over via UPS/FEDEX/DHL/USPS 5 day ground delivery. At times items might not be able fit into a flat rate box, if this happens we will notify you via email.

RETURN/REFUND AND RESTOCKING FEES:
If you are not satisfied with software purchased directly from Airliner Dispatch (airlinerdispatch.com), contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

Any software purchased on CDs must be unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase. CDs must be received and processed before a refund will be issued. A restocking fees of 30% will apply on returned products.
All shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. Airliner Dispatch. reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.
The Airliner Dispatch. refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from Airliner Dispatch (airlinerdispatch.com). If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
